Wellbeing for Life - Do you want to make a change to your lifestyle? Not sure where to start? Our team of experienced staff and volunteers can work with you and your community on a one to one or group basis, to give you the support and advice you need to make that change. Wellbeing for Life is a FREE service for adults 16 years and over, who live or work in County Durham and would like help to change their lifestyle.
