Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information contained within the web site is correct and up to date, updating information on the site on a daily basis, Leisureworks makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy and accepts no liability or responsibility for any loss due to any errors or omissions in the content of the site or caused by reliance on this information. It is advised that users check any information before acting or relying on it.
Users browsing the web site do so at their own risk. Leisureworks is not liable for any loss whether in contract, or tort, arising out of the users access to, or inability to access, the site. Leisureworks also accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or viruses that may infect, computer equipment, data or other property on account of a user's access to the site or the downloading of any material from the site. Leisureworks does not take responsibility for content on any third party websites to which it links.
Where users are issued with service specific logon accounts and security information, the details issued are specific to the user requesting security access and are not transferrable. As such details issued should be memorised and any letters pertaining to the security information destroyed after receipt. Any user transferring his security information to another party will be in breach of these terms and conditions. You must not use any services provided by us for any illegal purpose, or for accessing, receiving or transmitting any material deemed illegal, indecent, offensive or otherwise unacceptable under UK law. You must not use any false identity in communications with Leisureworks. You must not attempt or participate in the unauthorised entry or viewing of another user's account or into another system. You must not use the services or any part thereof for fraudulent activities, or to breach another organisation's security. This is an illegal act and prosecution under criminal law may result.

How to book tickets at the Empire Theatre.

Please Note: Tickets booked via the telephone or by post will incur a £1 administration charge.
Our website has up to the minute details for all shows and films with the option to book online for most of our shows!
Tickets can be purchased online up to two hours before a performance. All tickets purchased online can be collected from the box office prior to the performance. Please note that all tickets purchased online are final and will not be exchanged nor money refunded. This service is not offered between 12midnight and 6am daily due to computer backups.
Please Note: Tickets booked via our website incur a £2.50 administration charge.
All tickets must be picked up a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the performance. If not collected by this point we reserve the right to cancel and resell them.
We are happy to reserve seats without payment for up to five days. With the exception of large group bookings, we cannot keep tickets for longer than five days without full payment and we reserve the right to cancel reservations not paid for within five days. However, in the five days leading up to the show, all tickets must be paid for at the time of booking and no reservations can be taken.
Children under 2 will only be admitted free of charge to specific family shows - please contact the box office for more information. If admitted free of charge they must not occupy a seat. Concessions for children are those aged 2-16 inclusive. Senior citizens are those aged 65 and over for both male and female, and students must hold a valid NUS card. Disabled customers do not automatically receive a discount but registered carers attending with them are admitted free (on production of a current CEA carers card).
A group discount of 1 in 10 free is offered on most shows. If you would like to be added to our group bookers database and receive advanced information, special discounts and invitations, please phone Leisure Marketing (01207) 218504.
Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase. Exchanges for the same performance can be made, at the management’s discretion up to 24 hours before a performance only. Tickets must be returned before the exchange can be processed.
Teachers accompanying schools groups are admitted free subject to ratio: 1 in 6 where children are aged 7yrs and under; 1 in 10 where children are aged 8yrs and above. If you wish to make a booking for a school group phone Leisure Marketing on (01207) 218504.
